How do I request an estimate?
Send your name, phone, project city and service through the form, or call (650) 334-8259. We will discuss the project and confirm the next step.
Do I need measurements or a budget first?
No. Approximate dimensions and a budget are helpful but optional when requesting a consultation. You can share more after we connect.
Is the online estimate a final quote?
No. Online results are preliminary. Measurements, materials, terrain, removal, access and the written scope determine the final quote. Some projects require a review instead of an online price.
Does submitting a form book a visit?
No. A request is saved for follow-up. The visit date, time and availability must be confirmed with CHR.
Can one project include several services?
Yes. You can discuss a patio, turf, fence, wall or irrigation together. We can also explore design and staged improvements around your priorities.

How long will my project take?
Timing depends on scope, materials, access, site conditions and the current schedule. We will discuss timing after reviewing the project; the form does not reserve a start date.
What about permits or engineering?
Requirements depend on your property and the proposed work. We discuss any additional review, design, engineering or permits when defining the scope.
