This notice explains how Elias CHR Landscaping LLC uses information provided through this website and our business advertising forms.
Estimate requests
When you request an estimate, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, project location, service, budget, timing and project description. We use it to respond, discuss your project, prepare estimates and keep records of those conversations.
The website form stores your request in our private project records through our website hosting providers. Resend processes your contact name, phone, optional email, location and service to deliver a notification to our business email. Please do not include payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive information in your project description.
Direct visit requests
The Request a free visit form saves your name, phone, city, selected service and optional email and notes in our private project records through our website hosting providers. We use these details to follow up and coordinate a consultation. Campaign labels may accompany the request. Submitting this form does not schedule a visit automatically. When a new contact is saved through this form or the interactive estimator, Resend also processes the contact name, phone, optional email, location and service to send a notification to our business email.
Interactive project estimator
The interactive estimator saves your contact details when you submit the first step, along with the materials, dimensions, site conditions, estimate and next-step preference you later submit. Elias CHR uses these records to prepare and follow up on your project. If you choose Not interested, we mark this estimate as not requiring follow-up. The estimator uses an essential, private session cookie to reopen your project on the same browser for up to seven days. Estimator records and material images are stored through our website hosting providers. Your personal project information is not included in the public material catalog or the optional Google Ads measurement code.
Advertising forms on Facebook and Instagram
If you submit a form in an advertisement from our business page, Meta processes that submission and makes the information available to Elias CHR Landscaping so we can follow up about your project. Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy. Submitting a project inquiry does not require consenting to optional website measurement.
Optional advertising measurement
If you select Accept in our privacy choices, we load a Google Ads tag to help measure which ads lead to estimate requests. Google may process browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie or advertising click identifiers, page visits and the fact that a request was successfully submitted. We do not send the form’s name, phone, email, budget or project description to Google through this measurement code. Enhanced conversions and advertising personalization are not enabled in this implementation.
If you decline, the optional Google Ads tag is not loaded. A saved choice normally lasts up to 180 days in this browser. You can change it using Privacy choices below. A browser Global Privacy Control signal disables this optional measurement. Your browser may also block cookies or advertising scripts. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Campaign labels in page links may also accompany a website request so we can understand which campaign brought the inquiry. Our hosting and form providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.

You may call us instead of using a form.
